I'm not sure I've ever purchased a launce title. I have way too many PS4 games to play still. I finally bought God of War and I have to play RE7 still.

I read that the two Bethesda titles that were set to release exclusively for Sony - Deathloop and I forgot the other one - will still only be on PS5.
I'd have to do research, but I'm just wondering if it will lose money in the end. There's no way every PS owner that plays the Bethesda games will go out and now buy an XBOX. It just makes sense that each of those games will now sell less copies.
If you're somebody on the fence about each console, this can certainly be the what tips the scale towards XBOX.
Kudos to them, when you can't create good first party games besides Halo, you might as well buy a studio.
Well, Skyrim is one of the biggest selling games of all time. Imagine if The Elder Scrolls 6 is an Xbox (and PC of course) exclusive.
Microsoft would be stupid to make them exclusives... but limited exclusives like the FF7 remake? Definitely. Give your console owners 6-12 months of exclusivity, then make money off playstation owners buying the game. PS5 owners can always buy the PC versions earlier.
I think they'll ultimately end up on both platforms because its a publisher/studio that has traditionally been associated with making games across all consoles.
But stuff like Halo for Microsoft, God of War/Uncharted/Last of Us for Sony will never see the light of day on opposing consoles because they are too synonymous with their respective systems.
