One of these things is not like the other and it's annoying

So I'm a collector of the large paperback versions of the series and love them since they also had the illustrations included too. Well today I was near my local Barnes & Noble and figured I would stop in and see what they had. Well I saw they had a large version of The Wind Through The Keyhole so I figured I would pick it up to finish my collection. I already own it on Kindle, I just wanted to have a complete paperback collection. Anyways I also noticed that the other seven book had new covers promoting the new movie and they were also missing the illustrations. Well I checked TWTTK and it was the same size as the rest of the books. Awesome right? Well I thought so until I got home and put the book up with the rest of my collection and I noticed it was smaller. Here's a picture showing the difference. I would love to know if the original print was the same size as my other books.
