Can someone just send me the "Money Shot" part? Not the porn, just the King book shot.
In a second season episode of The X-Files, Mulder is going through a library card catalog. The first title he flips past is Four Past Midnight. This is immediately after toads rain from the skies.
Bev already mentioned Carrie being read by the book club in Lost, but in the episode "A tale of two cities" you can also see a copy of Hearts In Atlantis on Jack's office bookshelf.
A money shot for RF

From Terror at Tenkiller (1986)
Another money shot, this one is really brief but probably my favorite part of the whole movie, From The Guardian (1990)

Just viewed "Interstellar" today. Loved that books played a part in the movie, and that King's Doubleday "The Stand" also played a small part.

The phone then rings and Hank tells Vicky to put it on speaker. A deep voice says "play my game" and Hank asks what the person wants but they just repeat themselves. Hank notices the call is coming from inside the building and Dominick says it's coming from Brody's office. Wu, Nick, and Hank quickly head to Brody's office, but they find no one in there anymore. Hank tells Wu to get the surveillance while he and Nick look around. Nick finds Brody's ID cut in half as well as the title page for Alice in Wonderland with "what's" written on it, the title page for A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court with "my" written on it, and the title page for Rage with "name?" written on it.
