Rugby at Soldier Field. New Zealand to Play USA

So to my American based friends, I'm unsure if many of you will have any interest in this, but New Zealand's national Rugby team, The All Blacks, are to play the USA Eagles this weekend at Soldier Field in Chicago.

It will be the first time the two countries have ever played each other at Rugby, and I wish I could be there to watch. I'm expecting a bit of a one sided affair, but it will still be a great event to be at, watching the All Blacks smash the USA :evil:

For those that don't know, Rugby is similar to American Football, but it's played by tough guys without helmets and Kevlar armour....

So anyway, let the trash talking begin and bring on game day!!!

Six tries scored so far in the first half. The USA are being given a lesson that's for sure. 62000 in the crowd all enjoying a great atmosphere.

That doesn't sound good for the USA. I'm assuming NZ won this match,right?

Sure did. 74-6 final score. Was to be expected and although the score was one sided it was a great day for rugby in America. 62,000 fans witnessing the number one team in the world put on a terrific show.

Hopefull this will boost the sports popularity in the States.
