I think Papua New Guinea is an ugly flag. Went with Marshal Islands

It has a shooting star effect with tat stripe but the orange throws it off a bit.
Papua New Guinea and Marshall Islands are tied (with Mexico having just a single vote, strangely enough). Need to break the tie before Monday.
Still need someone to hopefully break the tie between Papua New Guinea and Marshall Islands.
Since we didn't get the tie broken before the poll closed, I'll rescind my vote for Papua New Guinea. Marshall Islands moves on to the quarterfinals. Papua New Guinea and Mexico are eliminated.
