Yes! Especially if you want to frame the numbered Dameron print. I framed mine and love it. Shrinkwrap is book suffocation. I only advocate it for proofs. :)

Awesome, Tim! I read a couple of Kenyon's books for the first time last year. He is really good.
Haven't read any Kenyon, however; that cover seriously rocks !!!!
CONGRATS.
Havenīt read anything from both authors, but the books (covers) are NICE NICE NICE !!!
Thanks everyone! I have read some Joe Mckinney (zombie genre) books before and like him but I had never read Kenyon. After reading a description of Sparrow Rock:
"...the story of a small group of high school students who survive a sudden and largely unexplained catastrophic nuclear war thanks to what at first seems to be pure luck but later proves to be something darker. The teens soon realize that survival involves not just waiting out the radioactive fallout but overcoming the profound, possibly deliberate ecological changes it incurs, including undead rats and man-eating ants. Kenyon invokes science gone horribly wrong without stooping to mere plausibility, spicing his tale with a secret all-powerful crypto-fascist conspiracy spanning generations. The result is a serviceable game of Last Man Standing, played out with a cast of forgettable stock characters."
I had to check it out. End of the word, conspiracy, the undead, and of course, man eating ants. Everything that I love.
Stopped at the comic book store for the first time in probably a year and picked these up. There is some Dark Tower "The Gunslinger" and a copy of the 100th edition of The Walking Dead. There were literally eight different covers for the W.D. however this one was the shiniest.

This is kinda cool. I love to write and when CD had a writing contest last year I submitted a story...it didn't win and frankly didn't get many votes. The good news is they also had a contest to name the chapbook that the winning stories were going to printed in. The chapbook was going to be two sided with half of it including three previously published stories from some heavy hitters and three stories from the contest winners. I submitted the book title "Bad Dreams & New Screams". The CD staff whittled all the entries down to their 10 or 12 favorites and then let the CD forum members vote the winner (I think that was the process). I won and here is the finished product:

Congrats, very awesome!!!!
Congratulations, Tim!
Why does that NEW SCREAMS art remind me of Prometheus?
Thanks!
Glad you like the chapbook. I think it really came together nicely. Should be going on sale here shortly as well.
Congrats on the title choice, it was a good one. :)
