I would assume many of us here are fans of apocalypse genre movies... who's seeing this movie?

I think it would be good eye candy... certainly not gonna think too hard in this one, but the effects would be cool.

I went, I saw it, I loved it! One of the best disaster movies ever. A lot of it is in the "that would NEVER happen!" vein, but I didn't care because it was so entertaining. I laughed, I cried, I kissed 5 bucks goodbye but with a smile on my face.

I have seen it yesterday. It has nothing new but it is enjoyable. And as Woofer said there is John Cusack factor.

I don't really have high expectations for this one and I'm not huge on the whole Apocalypse genre but I'll go anyway since I basically don't pay to go to the theater :)

the wife and I went to see it last night, LOVED IT. There were a few things I would change about the story line to make it a 10. But other then one scene near the end I would give it a 9 maybe 9.5
