Isn't that a quote from the movie trailer? I don't remember it from the comic and haven't seen the movie yet, BUT I've still heard that in one of the trailers for certain.

Read both, and while I liked V, I didn't love it. Watchmen really introduced me to comics and graphic novels, and if it wasn't for the first movie trailer I never would have known anything about it. So obviously that's a vote for Watchmen
