Black House Question

I just today went to go buy DT 5 and 6 trying to finish up the series, while I was there I also picked up "Black House". Now I coulda swore I read somewhere that it was either a sequel or prequel to another King book but I can't remember the name of it. I still got a ways to go on "It" but after I would like to read "Black House" if it's the first of the two, and if not I'll pick up the other book. But I can't remember the name, can I get a little help?
