Anyone seen this sci-fi/comdey on the Sci-Fi channel? I was told its pretty good so I'm acquiring now. Just wanted some thoughts.

good show. missed the last few episodes. it's startin' up again, though, so that's good.

It's not bad at all. They weren't originally going to renew it past the first season, but then they realized it was their highest rated original show and pulled their heads out of their asses. I'm glad they're starting it up again because I really enjoyed it.

Wow....there is no way in hell that Dead Like Me will ever be ressurected (pun intended).

I can't believe that someone thought making a movie out of this sereies would be a good idea.

The only thing that held that show together was Mandy Patinkin....and with him gone....no way.

It reminds me how TNT made a couple of The Pretender movies after they started re-running the show. The ifrst one was bad....the second one...did anyone even watch it?

I really like Eureka. It is good fun.

And Dead Like Me was one of my favorite shows ever...but there is no way to bring it back or make a movie. It just can't happen.

I just finished the first two seasons of this series and it ROCKS! I love the personable cast especially deputy Jo and (former) Global Dynamics head honcho Stark. If anyone is looking for an easy going, comedic, sci-fi series, check it out! Best original show to ever come from the Sci-Fi channel.

The new season is off to a good start. I'm glad to see Henry back in the swing of things, and the new efficiency expert will shake up the storylines a little.

it took them long enough to bring it back didn't it? i was worried for awhile that they were going to cancel it like they do with so many good series (ex. the dresden files).

i don't like that efficiency expert at all. and i'm so upset that allison said yes to nathan.

have any of you been to the new eureka site on scifi's website? i love the newly interactive content. and the games are fun.

Carter and Alison belong together; but I want Nathan to have someone too because frankly he's hot even though he's so stuffy!!! :lol:

Unfortunately my computer does NOT like the scifi website very much at all. Too much memory required to run the website.

I cant believe they killed off Nathan on Nathan and Allisons wedding day! What I way to go though, stopping the time loop thereby saving the universe! I cant imagine they wont find some way to bring him back. Allison and Carter will begin to get close and Nathan will show back up.

That is a great question. Im finally just getting caught up to season two, episode 8 where that whole debacle goes down. The second season had some good episodes, though I enjoyed the plot behind the first season much more.

I forgot about him! Taggerd or something? Tall aussie sounding guy from the first season. He was effin awesome! He'd pop up at the strangest times. Him and Jo had something going on for a bit. Then that young handsome new guy came to Eureka, Zane, and the aussie seemed to Houdini on us.

Jim Taggart, played by none other than Matt Frewer, our Trashcan Man. He just sort of dropped out of the series.

i guess i never thought of him as "the vet". matt frewer has two movies coming out. he's in watchmen and something else but i don't remember what. also, he was filming some series called intelligence at almost the same time so that was probably hard. i don't know that he was ever supposed to be a regular on the series.

Well he always played with the animals and although I was certain his only function wasn't just being the veterinarian I never did hear his full title. I just know I was nuts about him./
