Okay so what do you like about certain people? what do you belive to be good about them?

And they dont have to be from this site.

Letti: Thinking up those questions that just really make you dig deep into that bank of kowlege that you hold.

Mark: For being the only person away from this site to give me a good discussion.

I just posted in another thread about the obscurity of the internet allowing people to be complete jackasses, which wouldn't happen in reality, as they could/would reap the repercussion of being an ass.
The fine folks here a welcoming, genuine, caring and interested in the going ons of other peoples lives.
So I thank you guys, you rock!:couple:

I enjoy wit and sarcasm. Of course one needs to know how and when to use those two endearing things, but when they do and if it's correctly done...I find it genius.

Jayson: metaphysical aspirations concerning the Dark Tower.

CK: interesting conversations and forcing me to be precise because he's so nit picky.

Monte: for making cogent twinner theories.

Brice: for putting the "king" in Burger King.

SJ: for being a lovely friend and DT enthusiast.

Letti: for putting it in my head that all Hungarians must be infinitely kind for producing one such as her.

Darkers: makes me want to skip over the pond more than ever.

Daggers: being a great manager and letting us in on the life of Pixel.

Bruno: helps me to loosen up and avoid wearing pink shirts.

Bethany: a ray of sunshine, no matter the weather (emotional or otherwise).

Cozener: for questioning King's role in Song.

I'm sure they're others, but I'll add them later.

i think it's among the most important qualities in a person. i like people who have a sense of humor both about themselves and about things in general. laughing at things is am effective means of eliminating stress.

Everyone that I've encounter here is fine example
of what humans should aspire to. You have all been
thoughtfull and insightful, funny and kind.Generous
and above all loving to each other, and to me. I
find it nearly overwhelming some days. You've
brought me to tears, and touched my very soul
with your tenderness. You've caused me to experience
liquid expelling from my nostrils, and on more than one
occasion fear loosing my job for laughing like a lunatic
on the nursing station where I'm supposed to be viewed
as a professional. I really think your all terrific! Thanks
just for all you do, thanks for being YOU!

precisely what I was going to say

I hope to be able to expand one day, because there are quite a few people (as well as animals and other creatures) to whom I would love to dedicate separate posts... and I would like to start before their number exceeds one thousand... only don't know whether it should be here or in that other appreciation thread - are they alike, or is there any difference?

:D Thanks!

Let's see...

There's LadyHitchhiker, of course! Lots of fun, funny, and shares my love for Person Below You Game, among other things!
I'm a big fan of Cozener, because he's the only one who can make a thread exciting enough for me to check before the Person Below You Game!
Jean and Letti both come to mind; I don't really talk to them much, but when I do they're always very very friendly, and I've seen a lot of great posts by them.
Lefty Writer and Ed Toren! I don't even know if Ed Toren's on this site, but back when I first started to get active on .net, they were some of the first people I talked to. Both very funny and friendly!

Those are the first ones that I can think of.

You took the words right out of my mouth, Alisha. Out all the forums i've been on, this is undoubtedly one of the nicest. I think it has something to do with how relaxed people are allowed to be in their discussions, and yes, i am mostly referring to the fact that whenever i swear in a post (which is a LOT) i've never been censored! :D

But really, it's entirely down to the people on this board, so thanks to y'all, guys! You're all truly fucking A, AND fucking B! (Fucking brilliant - decided ages ago that the uk needed a more "british" expression to use!) :grouphug:
