I think Missouri for these three lines? State Insect,Show Me state, St. Louis

Louis has his independence; his neighbor sounds, but is not the same. St . Louis is only one of three independent (Not affiliated with any county) cities outside of Virginia. Yet Independence, Mo is NOT independent!
