A Stephen King novel? Not me.

But I brought you iced tea.

Louis has his independence; his neighbor sounds, but is not the same.

Too few cups brought a sweet treat to fame.

In the town of large canoes, I honor the honey bee.

I will make the bait in your fishing stories… but you may have to show me.

A saint I do not lack

Be careful when the mule arches it's back.

A Stephen King novel? Not me. (One of the bachman books?)

But I brought you iced tea.

Louis has his independence; his neighbor sounds, but is not the same. (I think the Louis here is Louis the XIV of France)

Too few cups brought a sweet treat to fame. (Boston Tea Party?)

In the town of large canoes, I honor the honey bee.

I will make the bait in your fishing stories… but you may have to show me.

Kevin, my riddling friend, you are off on all accounts.

Go find another "Louis" and you may be on to it.

Nothing close yet,

The iced tea and the King book are actually totally separate. Sorry to mislead.

In the town of large canoes, I honor the honey bee.

The honey bee is the state insect of Mississippi.

A Stephen King novel? Not me. Misery

But I brought you iced tea. Iced tea was first introduced at the World Fair in St. Louis.

Louis has his independence; his neighbor sounds, but is not the same. St . Louis is only one of three independent (Not affiliated with any county) cities outside of Virginia. Yet Independence, Mo is NOT independent!

Too few cups brought a sweet treat to fame. Once again at the World Fair in St. Louis, an ice cream vender ran out of cups and made a deal with a waffle vender. The first ice cream cone was born.

In the town of large canoes, I honor the honey bee. - Missouri is Indian for "town of large canoes." Missouri's state insect is the honey bee. ( as is Mississippi's...sorry, I did not realize this. I did not mean to mislead.) http://www.sos.mo.gov/symbols/symbols.asp?symbol=insect

I will make the bait in your fishing stories… but you may have to show me. - Missouri is the headquarters to the "Bass Pro Shopps" It is also the "show-me"state.

A saint I do not lack - St. Louis

Be careful when the mule arches it's back. Missouri's symbol is the mule who has to be shown...I tried to use arch to lead you all to the Gateway Arch in St. Louis.

Well played!
