It was available to a select list, CDCC and Gone Girl purchasers, in October 2015.

I ordered it 10/21/2015. I guess that's why they call it pre-sale.

I ordered it 10/21/2015. I guess that's why they call it pre-sale.
Add this to the long list of books I forgot about. Just did an email search: I ordered two copies on 10/24/2015. At least I haven’t been waiting as long as Br!an.

Came in a long time ago too, the Lettered anyway ... couple of years ago now.
