Difficult choice leaving off Knives Out, which was a lot of fun, but of course it's Blade Runner and Annihilation. Two stunning sci-fi achievements.

Honestly I love all of these movies (including Dark Knight Rises). Ultimately though I had to go for Knives out and Blade Runner.

Blade Runner and Annihilation for me. Two that were pleasant surprises for me.

I have it on my DVR at home. I'm holding off voting for now and I'll try to watch it before the poll ends.

It did, and at least it's going down swinging against two films worthy of moving on to the next round.

I watched it last night and was thoroughly confused by it. It didn't seem to have much of a point and the ending was very anti-climactic. Not something I'd watch a second time.

The point was assimilation leads to annihilation. The lifeform had to become us to destroy us.

Knives Out really was a crowd-pleaser.
