Tied at ten. Jeebus!

Damn. Unreal I haven't seen Bug but I have seen Antichrist which is why I voted for it. Only one more day left. IF they end up in a tie at the end, would you consider letting both
movies in or would that mess up the entire seeding and voting for the next round.

Yeah, only one can move on. Antichrist for me too.

That's what I figured. Down to the wire though. It's crazy.

About an hour to go and still tied, with stated votes favoring Antichrist.

If it's still tied by the time the voting is closed, will you have to make an executive decision and just pick one? I can't remember any other contest like this one that was tied so close to the end.

In the past we used stated votes, so basically people commenting in the poll what they voted for. It kinda gives those people's votes extra weight in a way but to date no one's been able to come up with a better idea.

Maybe an external arbiter?

A "race" to the first 5 "Likes"?

:orely:

When all is tied, included stated votes, flip a coin. Whichever one wins isn't likely to go far in the next round(s).

The poll has closed tied. Stated votes favor Antichrist 4-1, so Antichrist moves on and Bug is eliminated.

I didn't even see this tiebreaker. It blended in with all the threads. I'd have voted for Bug and broken the tie.
