During the third round of The Great Movie Tournament, please vote for up to two films you would like to move onto the next round. The top two films will be moving on. Keep in mind that the percentage of the vote a given film receives will determine its standing going forward.

A Simple Plan with a strong showing so far.

As long as BWP doesn't move on, I'm fine with any of them. I will be sick to my stomach if BWP moves on. No joke.

A shame if true. It should be Dances with Wolves and A Simple Plan at one and two.

I love Blair Witch Project. Mike are you not a fan or is it just the films it's up against here?

I'm just not a fan of it. I remember how much attention it got prior to its release with all the viral marketing and all the people that were saying it wasn't a film and that it actually happened. I didn't see it in theaters and waited for the DVD release and it just didn't live up to the hype. I might feel different if I saw it on opening night with a packed audience.

Isn't it funny, that how you first view a movie can impact your feelings towards it. Or if it's too hyped up and you expect something more from it. That's too bad. I think you would have enjoyed it more if you saw it in a packed theater, although it still likely wouldn't be a favorite of yours.

It it is funny and it is something I think about often. I especially prefer to watch horror films with a packed audience. I was hoping to see US tonight, but like a true old man I'm tired and don't feel like it. I saw Hereditary with a full house and it added to the experience.

I will give BWP another shot one day.
