totally. It is not only extremely well made, fun to watch, well-acted and everything else that can be said if favor of a film, but it is also creepy and original - something horror films usually, alas, are not

Definitely. Insurance fraud doesn't sound like much of a set up, but it's a great way to start totally flat before adding in slight elements

a missing author, unusual reader reactions, strange sights, the assembled map

...to start tilting things, first a bit, then totally out of whack.

Such a great movie.
