Also, just as an aside, "The Blue Air Compressor" is not a lost story. Just because it has not been reprinted and is uncollected, doesn't make it lost. "After the Play" was lost, but has been found.

A Swedish edition of Shining in the Dark (Varsel i Mörket) is being released later this year. It will be financed by a Kickstarter in April and has a release date set for September. It will be in hardback and released in only 666 copies. The cover will be revealed at a later time…

He has been ready to cancel the order a couple of times but I convinced him that it would eventually be shipped. I assume that since ship[ping has been going on that I will not get my copy until the slipcases are ready. Hopefully that's a good assumption.

That could very well be the reason. I paid $76.00 plus shipping, so it's a special edition in some way I'd fathom.

Need to keep a better track on what I order.... :eek: I also have the Night Shift: Deluxe Special Edition on order and I'm pretty sure that's gonna be even longer to wait for...:panic::panic:

We have reached the 100% goal so the book is happening but now we're aiming for 200% so we can make it even cooler. At the moment we are at 135%

Brian Keene is, as we speak, writing a second story for it that will only be in the Swedish edition.

I enjoyed this compilation. Great work! What I was really impressed with was the narrator for the Poe story. I usually drift off listening to his stories but this guy was great! Steve’s story was ok, weird, him breaking in halfway through was interesting. Seemed like a student assignment and I really wished he read it but it was cool to have it after so many years of reading about it.
