During the second round of The Great Music Tournament, please vote for up to three tracks you would like to move onto the next round. The top three tracks will be moving on. Keep in mind that the percentage of the vote a given track receives will determine its standing going forward.

IMPORTANT! Please do not simply vote on name recognition (or lack thereof) alone. Please do listen to each nomination and then make your choice. Even if you think you know a track well, it's still worth giving it a listen for a refresher.

The poll will run for seven days. Discussion is greatly encouraged!

Come on, Madonna! Both this and "Like a Virgin" in another poll are in danger of being eliminated so early on! These are defining '80s songs! :panic:

In my opinion, the two Billy Joel tunes are far from his best (one of his best didn't even get seconded, "We Didn't Start the Fire").

Billy Joel - For the Longest Time (1983) 52.94%


And the following are eliminated:

Damn. Does this mean that The Talking Heads are out? Seems like all their nominated tunes are being eliminated.
