During the first round of The Great Music Tournament, please vote for up to five tracks you would like to move onto the next round. The top five tracks will be moving on. Keep in mind that the percentage of the vote a given track receives will determine its standing going forward.

IMPORTANT! Please do not simply vote on name recognition (or lack thereof) alone. Please do listen to each nomination and then make your choice. Even if you think you know a track well, it's still worth giving it a listen for a refresher.

The poll will run for seven days. Discussion is greatly encouraged!

The nominees are (please let me know if any video doesn't play for you):

I ended up not voting for Leader of the Pack and Dancing in the Street.
This was a hard choice. I really don't care for Dancing in the Street, but really like Leader of the Pack a lot. :(

Alas, I had to go for the best ones in my mind.

"Leader of the Pack" and "Duke of Earl" are tied for fifth with about a day to go. Gotta get a few more folks in!

Glad to see some really cool (long forgotten) songs! Love Ben E King... Do you think he is related to SK?

Kinda sad to see Cry to Me come in last, but it was up against a lot of champs.

That was one I had not heard of before this contest, but I liked it enough to vote for it.
