During the first round of The Great Music Tournament, please vote for up to five tracks you would like to move onto the next round. The top five tracks will be moving on. Keep in mind that the percentage of the vote a given track receives will determine its standing going forward.

IMPORTANT! Please do not simply vote on name recognition (or lack thereof) alone. Please do listen to each nomination and then make your choice. Even if you think you know a track well, it's still worth giving it a listen for a refresher.

The poll will run for seven days. Discussion is greatly encouraged!

The nominees are (please let me know if any video doesn't play for you):

Here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8vXTTWZPXkw) is an alternate video for "Little Maggie" and here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0B6f-rI5ZAA) is one for "Caldonia". But not as high-quality. Let me know if those work.

Awesome to see "Little Maggie" doing well so far. It's such an amazing and haunting song but I didn't think anyone knew it.

I voted for the two that didn't make it, but it was a real toss-up that had me leaving the John Lee Hooker off my vote list, so I'm glad to see it advance.

Man, "Caldonia" is such a crazy tune it's sad to see it go.
