I think "The Mist" tape is much more desirable because it's paired with the mailer/poster.
I'm sure several member's here have both (perhaps all 3 items if they own both dubbed versions of the cassettes), but I seldom see them for auction.

I'd love to hear the recording on a pair of nice headphones, but certainly wouldn't actually play the cassette unless I owned it, and then at my own peril.

I had the lead on you. I had to re-bid quite a few times to get past you...then that lead lasted a couple hours, tops.

My budget says I should probably let it go...but the proceeds going to a good cause, plus the fact that "The Mist" was my introduction to Stephen King, keep telling me "budget be damned!"

FWIW, check out the DVD or listing when it becomes available. Very good film and written story IMHO.

I have the DVD. It came with my TMSG. I've only watched the snow globe.

Yeah, I've had mine sense it first came out, really a great way to listen to the story. I wish they would do more of these, I always thought it would catch on more than it did.
