It is tough but I had to go with The Shining, seeing how down it is in the rankings. It's a Top 5 book for me, easy.

Love both books. Most of the time in these contests The Shining gets my vote over most other books; but for some reason I felt like voting Different Seasons. So that's what I did.

The poll has closed. The winner with 55.56% of the vote was The Shining. It receives 0.1 points in addition to its current FAS (Final Average Score), making it 7.650427351 or 85.96%.

This is a tough one, will have to ponder for a bit.

I just realized I never came back in and voted :( Oh well, my vote wouldn't have made a difference. Probably would have gone with The Shining for what it's worth. Although Different Seasons was definitely up there with it.
