Does anyone like this show? The first episode was good.. then it went to shit real fast. I was so disappointed. And when the ratings were good they just decide to change the book and draw it out for another season.... crap.

I didn't care much for the book and I think the show is even worse. That is just my two cents.

FWIW, they never stated they were depicting the book on TV. In fact, King himself endorsed the fact that they would explore different storyline's using the books' theme as a starting point. So far, while not devastating me, the show has been relatively entertaining. However, if you came to see the book done in visual form, then this is not the show for you.

See I hate when they do that. I have similar issues with The Walking Dead. There's some really great source material, why alter it to the extent that there's little remaining from the original? Just make your own original show from the start.
