I've been wondering the same thing. Misery is a great film, but compared to a lot of the others on this list, it doesn't even hit my radar. I'm guessing it's because we're on a King site.

I know it's not worth much now, but I went with Insidious anyway. One of the best "horror" movies that's come out in recent years, in my opinion. Besides, Misery is going through anyway. :D
