My mom starts chemo on Tuesday, so today has more significance to me than usual this year.

Thanks everyone.
The scans so far indicate that it is in the early stages (breast cancer). The outlook is fairly positive, so I'm hopeful, but not take anything for granted.

Scoogs, I'm sorry to hear about your mom. I'm up ahead of you on the same road. My mom was diagnosed just under a year ago. Zero to Stage 4 in one diagnosis. Wishing your mom only the best results from the treatment.
