It's King's sequel to The Shining. The book is due to release in 2013.
Synopsis: The story, King said, would follow a character from the original novel, Danny Torrance (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danny_Torrance), now in his 40s, living in upstate New York (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Upstate_New_York), where he works as an orderly at a hospice (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hospice) and helps terminally ill (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terminal_illness) patients pass away with the aid of some extraordinary powers.
