Simple: 5 things you would take to a deserted island.
My hope is that people can create whatever category they want any time they want. Whether it be 5 survival tools, 5 movies, foods, etc. The only rule is it can only be 5.

For sake of argument, does this deserted island have electricity? I need to know if I need to bring a generator as one of my 5 things for my DVD player and movies. :P

let's assume it does have electricity, plumbing, food supply and other basics? so we can concentrate on things other than matches, axes, shotguns, salt, soap and toilet paper? Like, not really an island, but a lifetime in seclusion?

I think we should assume anything we want. It would be funner that way. For example, you could say: "On a deserted island with electricity, I'd take these 5 items." :) Let's not be strict with the rules.
