Yeah, Marvel copyrighted it between when DC Comics sued Fawcett Comics because Captain Marvel was too much like Superman and made them cancel the series in the 50s and DC's relaunch of the character in 1972. They renamed the comic Shazam! as well, which is the catchphrase and the name of the wizard who gives him his power. A lot of people think Batson's alter-ego's name is Shazam as a result.

Well, all weekend - got a lot of Doctor Who reading and re-watching to get through first! But the quoting, now that I can do!

My favourite is when Lewton is found at the scene of a crime. Specifically, the scene of someone who had been murdered, had their eyes gouged out, and had written "Azile" on the wall. To say that it didn't look good to cop Vimes is an understatement:

Vimes: Perhaps "Azi" means "It was" in his language. He could've been trying to write "It was Lewton."
Lewton: For all you know, "Azile" could mean, "Help! Someone has gouged my eyes out!"

I think what brought me to tears was the line, "You don't need your imaginary friend anymore..." I don't know why, but it's just got that really final farewell vibe to it. Of course, we all know what happened afterwards, but Moffat's such a good writer that even when you know the mega happy ending, it can still bring you to tears!

He is a brilliant writer, though, isn't he? I'm actually not prone to tears, but that just struck me. Even prior to this series his episodes have always been in my favorites.

When I heard Moffat was taking over back in 2008 and heard that Tennant was leaving Who a few months later, even though Tennant had been brilliant I couldn't help but think, "I can't wait to see what a Moffat written opening ep will be like! No, better than that: a Moffat written finale! How awesome would that be?!?"

Pretty darn awesome, as you know, but I think my personal favourite of the season had to be The Time of Angels, since it had River Song, Weeping Angels and mega arcage in the same story whilst functioning on its own as a shit scary action horror in its own right. Love it!

Oh, the Lodger was brilliant! I loved that ep, simply because it really showed off an episode that Matt Smith's Doctor could do that Tennant's Doctor really couldn't. If Tennant had been the Doctor in the Lodger, he would've been eccentric, but would've seemed a lot more human compared to Smith, who was so cluelessly alien you can't help but cringe and laugh at the same time!

Think my favourite moment was how he passed on information quickly to Craig by headbutting him: paying tribute to all the classic doctors in just a couple of seconds whilst being hilarious at the same time!
