A Beautiful Mind is a great film. Both directors have made incredible films during their careers, and both are equally deserving of advancing to the next round ... unfortunately, like in Highlander - There can be only one.

Indeed, and especially against Howard, who, apart from Apollo 13 didn't really knock me over with anything else, as opposed to Mendes, whose each film is brilliant and a piece of art.
