      That's right! Smoked Mac & Cheese! The best part? It's easy!

      2 cups elbow macaroni
      1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar
      (or your favorite cheese)
      1/4 cup of milk
      2 TBS butter
      1 TBS extra virgin olive oil
      1 TBS Basic Barbecue Rub
      1 handfull soaked hickory woodchips

      For Topping:
      Basic Barbecue Rub

      Sweet Basil
      1. Boil the Macaroni in a pot and drain, as you usually would. Transfer the Macaroni to a ceramic container, and place in your smoker. Smoke Macaroni for 1 hour.
      2. For the Sauce: In a saucepan, mix milk, butter, olive oil, rub. Stir at a low temp until butter is melted. Add cheese and stir until the sauce reaches a thick consistency.
      3. When finished smoking, remove Macaroni from smoker. Pour the cheese sauce over it and stir until Macaroni is evenly coated.
      4. Sprinkle Basil and Barbecue Rub evenly onto the top of the Macaroni.
      5. Serve and enjoy!
