Smoked Mac &amp; Cheese! The best part? It's easy! 2 cups elbow macaroni 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar (or your favorite cheese) 1/4 cup of milk 2 TBS butter 1 TBS extra virgin olive oil 1 TBS Basic Barbecue Rub 1 handfull soaked hickory woodchips For Topping: Basic Barbecue Rub Sweet Basil 1. Boil the Macaroni in a pot and drain, as you usually would. Transfer the Macaroni to a ceramic container, and place in your smoker. Smoke Macaroni for 1 hour. 2. For the Sauce: In a saucepan, mix milk, butter, olive oil, rub. Stir at a low temp until butter is melted. Add cheese and stir until the sauce reaches a thick consistency. 3. When finished smoking, remove Macaroni from smoker. Pour the cheese sauce over it and stir until Macaroni is evenly coated. 4. Sprinkle Basil and Barbecue Rub evenly onto the top of the Macaroni. 5. Serve and enjoy! Peeled and very finely chopped (pulverized). 4 heaping Tablespoons black pepper. 1 Cup brown sugar. 3 Heaping Tablespoons Rosemary Mix all ingredients together. Marinade Tri-Tip overnight. Remove meat from fridge to allow it to warm up a bit. Preheat grill for 10 minutes on high. Lower grill to low and place meat on grill for 10 minutes. Turn meat over-pour marinade over top of meat. Grill for 20 more minutes for rare-23-25 for medium rare-27+ for medium. Check with thermometer. 130 degrees is rare. Remove from grill and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing accross grain. Randall Flagg Fri, 28 Sep 2007 16:21:53 +0000 Pineapple Upside Down Cake <a href=";title=pineapple-upside-down-cake&amp;cat=526"><img title="P1010016.JPG" border="0" src="" alt="P1010016.JPG" /></a><br /><br />by: Randall Flagg<br /><br />Description: 1 box Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe pineapple supreme cake mix Refer to side of box for general instructions 1 20 oz. can pineapple slices IN HEAVY SYRUP (save syrup) 1.25-1.5 cups brown sugar 1 stick butter 10 maraschino cherries (halved) Pam spray 1.5 cups buttermilk 1 TSP Rum Extract (Optional) Preheat oven to 350 degrees with rack in center position Spray 13&quot;x9&quot; Pyrex baking dish with Pam Arrange pineapple slices on bottom of pan. (save syrup) Arrange cherries on pan Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over pan. Drizzle melted butter over brown sugar. Prepare cake mix as instructed with following modifications: Substitute 1.5 cups of buttermilk for water. Add remaining pineapple syrup from can. Bake 43-46 minutes. Check closely for doneness. Not too much, nor too little. If cake jiggles in middle it may need more time. Remove from oven, cool, enjoy. You may turn cake over by placing cooking sheet on top and flipping-gives a great presentation, but cake dries out quicker.
