    I have one without "Permissions to come" but with the full number line, this is not a true First Edition I guess? Is it a BCE or something else?

    It's a 1st edition, but not the earlier "Permissions to come". Some collectors insist on only owning the "PTC" , others don't fret about it. Me personally, I have several copies and all have "PTC".

    I have both. When it came out, I went through the copies in the store and got a copy of each, both red and gold covers, for a total of four books.

    Now you made me look.
    I also bought them on the release date, one red and one gold. The gold has permissions to come, the red does not.
    The proof has permissions to come.
    I'm sure if there is intelligent life somewhere out there in the universe, they are wise enough to stay away from us.

    And the people bowed and prayed, to the cell phone god they made...
