Try Robert A. Madle in Rockville, MD (301-460-4712). I used to work for him in the '80's. In 1984, when Thinner came out, Crown Books had it pretty cheap so we drove all around the area buying up all the 1st editions. Some had the belly bands. I got a few for myself as well. He may still have some left.
