Thanks, Simon. I was thinking about maybe adding all the copyright pages eventually if that's something you guys would want to undertake. I don't have all the 1st/1st but I have a great deal of the US ones anyway. I know any visual aid to an up and coming collector such as myself is always of great assistance.

Any additional info is always welcome Brian. Bruce (NeedfulThings) did a similar exercise on the UK covers a short while back. Just upload to the discussion section for each book and I will update the article accordingly.
If you can load the images to the TDT.org gallery that saves me some time as well.
"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King

I'm partial to this cover of the US First.
It was hell's season, and the air smelled of burning children
