So I will ask again...Do the Meet & Greet tipped-in signed bookplate editions qualify for a S/L status?
IMHO Let us say at some point Hodder & Stoughton sent King xxx# of blank bookplates to signMaybe on the plane trip over? (but until they got back the R.S.V.P.s they had no clue how many people would be at the party?) Once this number was determined the signed bookplates could then be tipped into the books & the leftover signed bookplates were then handed out loose at signings until they were gone.

as this is how Hodder & Stoughton issue limited editions. (These are just not numbered.)
