My copyright page meets the marks per the article but my DJ is different as it doesn't have a price and the back is different. Do you guys think this is a possible BCE or export copy? Thanks!

I am fairly certain that is a book club edition. Mine has the price and does not have that cut-out section on the dust wrapper and the definition of Desperation does not have a yellow background.
I'm sure if there is intelligent life somewhere out there in the universe, they are wise enough to stay away from us.
And the people bowed and prayed, to the cell phone god they made...
Export edition.
UK book club editions are by Guild Publishing (full size) or Book Cub Associates (smaller size).
