"FYI, Dolso did several runs of 26 or 52 cases for King titles.
If a case is no longer available, it may still need consideration for its value...intrigue...desirability...etc. ( ex:metal gunslinger cases)"

You are correct, RF, I believe we ended the "Limited Cases/Art" with the Doubleday books. These will not be reproduced. However, Dick builds "custom" cases both to order and to his own designs. These cases may be reproduced, modified or expanded upon. I.E. There are several 'Salem's Lot & Insomnia Gift/signed that have been done in the past and are still available to customers. You want it, he'll make it.

    Hi Simon,

You list IT US Variant 2 as custom made on request. I was under the impression the 2 colored version was a 1 off case that was only available for the Haven foundation. Did that change, or is that just a cut and paste error in the table, or am I misremembering?

That particular combination is a one off. Other colour combinations may be available - contact Jeff direct.
"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King

One of Dave's better slipcases, although I do prefer the forthcoming one from CD. I added the Overlook one to the list.

Yes, the word I'm afraid is "Delayed"

Not Jeff's fault, I'm the roadblock currently.

The Bill Hodges Trilogy was incorrectly attributed to CD (they did advertise it on sale from their website but only as a reseller) The entry has been updated to 'Scribner'

The CTCC slipcase does exist. Brian James Freeman posted a picture that showed the prototype recently. It's release is imminent.
