Comments: One of the most visually striking King books. Included was a fold out poster. Scream Press underestimated production costs and instead of making a name for themselves, went bankrupt.* There are believed to be 25 unsigned Publisher Copies, some of which do not have any picture affixed to the side of the slipcase.

The Scream Press editions included an additional story "The Revelations of "Becka Paulson" which did not appear in the trade hardback or mass market paperback.
