Comments: Three "mechanical" copies, 5 "Artist" copies, indeterminate number of "presentation" copies and 1,250 numbered copies, signed by Stephen King, Phil Hale, and Arnie Fenner. One of, if not the first King S/L to have an unsigned "Gift Edition" produced. A print run of 3,750 gift editions with dust jacket and slipcase.
Though a wonderfully looking, well made book, the text in both editions was marred by typographical errors. Reportedly typeset from an early disk, not the final disk. The limited is bound in red faux leather, as is the matching three-piece traycase. the "Gift Edition" is bound in blue cloth, as is the matching slipcase.
