    According to Tomas at skcollector:

    Although the copyright date is 1981, the limited edition book was available for sale in 1980.

    Doing some research, and saw that slipcased was misspelled, so I had to fix it. Hope that's okay. Couldn't help myself as I am checking the catalog against a book I'm proofreading!
