Wizard & Glass S/L UK was published in August, 1997, while Six Stories took place in April. Therefore, Six Stories should be listed first.

I don't have the exact date Cujo Guitar was released.

The Big Book of Necon - Numbered 2011. Lettered is still not out yet.

This one should be done in April 2013, but that is still a bit tentative because we're using the same company that is currently busy rebuilding the A BOOK OF HORRORS traycase.

Is The Century's Best Horror Fiction on the list? The Artist Edition (which is shipping in about two weeks) and the Lettered Edition (which should be done this summer) are both signed by King.

I think these both are technically just barely 2010. This title arrived right at the end of 2010 and took a long time to ship, though, because we had to verify every shipping address manually since it had been such a long production process. That meant many customers may not have received their copies until 2011.

I posted the first photos of the books in September 2010, and then I updated the gallery with photos that included both traycases on December 13, 2010:

I went back and checked a few orders in our systems and there are shipped orders for both editions that last week of December.

Not that it's a huge difference, but I know it's important for this chart to be as accurate as possible!

Edited to add: the other reason I know both editions shipped together is because we used the same vendor to build the traycases since both volumes were virtually the same size, so the editions were completed at the same time.

None of these are in the "Complete List of Stephen king Signed Limiteds" yet, as it was never confirmed that King had signed them. Now that you have just confirmed it, they can be added. Jerome/Mods?

Also, he signed the Deluxe Edition of A BOOK OF HORRORS, which I'm hoping will be shipping in March (as soon as the traycase maker rebuilds all of the cases).
