Nope, haven't considered that. Cool idea, but probably not on the cards in the near future. It would be too time consuming to put together and the focus is on the books right now. Maybe after we've had a lot more books out it's something to consider.
Regarding the printing of the Wells books, yes we decided to use the Vandercook, which as you can see is all hand-fed. It will have taken about 6 weeks of printing this every day to complete one book. Have to keep in mind that both sides of the paper need to get fed through, and then you have the red spot color on the title page which is another pass through. Changing out the plates, making sure they are registered correctly, etc. It's a massive job.
Not sure on how much is added for waste, but we do include extra sheets to account for that sort of thing.
