I'm probably going to vote for Titanic every round. Only maybe 20 or so films in this tournament that I'd vote for instead.

I'll vote for it, of course, but I am trying to watch as many as I can before I vote

    you still have time

unfortunately, even if you watch it, and like it, it will drop out anyway. Very sad.

I guess I need to give some of these a second viewing. I saw Mimic when it first came out and just remember being whatever about it. Don't even really remember what happens unfortunately.

it is not half as great as the two del Toro big ones - Pan's Labyrinth and The Devil's Backbone (my personal favorite) - but it is good, and I am sure there's something in it that would appeal to you. I would be happy to rewatch it right now, but my to-watch-immediately-before-the-voting-end list has grown to defeat imagination

No way to catch up now probably, but The Doors is a great film, much better than at least one that will be moving on.

A little shocked to see both Schindler's List and Titanic, huge films, with such low scores.

My guess is it's a byproduct of people thinking both films won't have any trouble moving on and spreading their votes elsewhere.
