Sending Positive thoughts and Prayers
My mom and her husband came out here two weeks ago to visit for the first time ever since we arrived in 2011. She's also 74, has some physical difficulties, and had problems adapting to the altitude; we ended up getting her some canned oxygen which did the trick, but for those first couple of days I was pretty concerned. She bounced back though, and I'm hoping your mom will do the same Jerome; best thoughts.

I am in a odd situation.
I have absolutely no idea how, but an american guy bought this set from my french website. It was paid via paypal.
However, the odd thing is that they order 3 times that set, from 2 different orders.
I only have one.
And the shipping option they used is for french shipping and therefore do not reflect the actual shipping... but then they overpaid.
I tried to email them to their paypal address, but the email bounce back.
I already reimbursed the second order, hoping the buyer would contact me back.
I have apparently no means of contacting the buyer, but I have his postal address, in Greenville, South Carolina.
What do you guys think I should do :
- reimburse the entire order, and hope that the guy contacts me (he still havent after the first reimbursement)
- send the order, compensating the lower shipping with the overpaid price, and reimburse the different?
I would tend to think that the fairer option would be the first.
Any thoughts?

I’d refund all the orders and hold it for the guy in hopes he contacts you. Make sure the order is correct as well, right shipping etc.
Can you not see his PayPal email?
Or refund anything but the original order and send him a PP invoice for the additional shipping.

@Joe : His paypal email address bounce back...
Well, the original order he put through was twice the same item + cheap shipping.
The total corresponds roughly to the item + actual shipping. So technically I guess that I could use that and send him the item.
But then I am guessing that, if he wanted, he could open a paypal dispute and claims he didnt recieve both items, and get his money back?
So far, I think that I will cancel the order and hope that he contacts me back...

That would make the most sense. If he is confused why you cancelled the order, he’ll get back in touch with you right away. Then it canall be sorted out. Good luck!

Hey. My band just put up our demo online:

Downloads are free. Four songs in five minutes. We're not reinventing the wheel here.
It's not what I listen to, but it has plenty of energy.

Thanks for listening. I mean that. Lyrically, these songs were both exorcism and closure and if someone gives us five minutes of their time, that's great.

Almost ten years on this site now and I just hit 5,000 posts. I honestly think I’ve checked in here on every day of those ten years (apart from when I was ill in hospital in 2016). I certainly don’t do that on any other websites I visit.
Love this place
How's your mom doing btw, Jerome?
You don't know my kind.....You don't my mind.....Dark necessities are part of my design.....
on a related note: I've been using the catalogue a lot in the past few months, thanks to everyone for this fantastic resource!
Watched the video on two different computers with two different IPs, so it counts as two. Good luck!

Better. She will soon be going to a rehab facility for a week or so. It was pretty scary for several days after she was removed from the sedative, and had the intubation removed. She was suffering from ICU Delirium and essentially was acting psycho. We weren't sure she would come out of it, but a couple of days she woke up as if it never happened.
