    Default How to spend your lottery winnings

    Ok, so i think we might all have some idea on how we might spend some huge lottery winning on various King related items. I have often daydreamed about winning some big $150 million lottery and how i would donate $500,000 to the Stephen and Tabitha King Foundation, up to $2,000,000 total, for each hour that i can meet with Steve, in his Bangor house, preferably in his den/library and just talk with him.

    But as much fun as the daydream is, a slightly more realistic one is this...

    If you won $500 on a scratch ticket, how would you spend it?

    I guess it dosen't have to be King related, but come on, look where we are.
    Personaly, as it is found money, i think i would use it to stock up on slipcases. As many edition-specific ones as i could, then as many generic ones as i could afford.

    How about you?

    $500 isn't exactly a fortune, but I'd put it towards a holiday for me and my girlfriend, the obvious answer would be putting it towards college but fuck that! We'll be in Italy if anybody wants us!

    I don't want to be a bubble burster, but Europe's a little over rated, I've been to many European nations and some were amazing - some were average or below. I suggest a visit to Rome, London, Paris, Venice, and possibly Berlin. Personally speaking? I can't wait to get back to the States

    Italy's got to be my best European country, the people are friendly and welcoming, and the country is beyond beautiful!

    In truth I'd probably just blow it and maybe buy some stuff for folks around here that are wanting. I'd definitely send some heathens here some sort of "Yankee" gear!! LOL

    Oh, and burn another "Faithful"!!! LOL

    Can't argue with that. The ability to stop is a great feature in an automobile.

    Of course I'm biased, being Dutch, but Amsterdam should definitely be on this list.
    Worth visiting for sure.

    @Frik

    I was in amsterdam twice in '93, once in '94, and took my wife there for our honeymoon in 2000. I would go back in an instant!!

    Of course it wasn't until 2000 that i actually made it to any of the museums....
