    Isn't there at least one publisher that does (or has done) "lettered" runs of 104? (AAAA etc.)
    ...one has only to master a greatly slowed version of Homer's hedge withdrawal...

    Dennis McMillan did them. Produced some very nice books, mostly mysteries.
