Another killer addition Rooster! Very jealous!
Another killer addition Rooster! Very jealous!
Thanks very much to the both of you! I had almost given up on ever obtaining these books, but when a chance jumped out of the bushes, I had to run after it... Big thanks go out to Germany! (I don't believe he's here, though)
Yes, I do! I didn't get them with the third book, but considering I got a spare copy of that, it wasn't too far-fetched to think a corresponding copy of HoC would be open for grabs on a later date. It took some very obsessive compulsive website refreshing (I'm glad that's behind me), but I did eventually get the book + rights! Incidentally, if anyone has [knowledge of] the letter "PP" of the first two books (haw haw), I'd be glad to hear it.
Hello folks, I've been scouring the internet for the first two books (numbered) of this series as I have 3 and 4 with rights for the future. Does anyone have these for sale? Or all of the lettered copies with rights? Here's to hoping!
Thanks!

Frik, I'm working on my wife (the benevolent boss) for those lettered copies. She says I have a "book problem" . Something about "but you already have the numbered ones...".
"Book problem.."....tell me about it.
Good luck with the wife....

She says "Book Problem" but I hear "Your collection looks amazing"!
Hi Frik, are you willing to sell book #2?
I'm sorry about not responding any sooner - I just noticed your message.
Or - maybe we had contact recently some other way? I did talk about book 2 with a couple of people - maybe with you as well?
Come to think of it, I think I might know who you are...
Then there's no further need to answer your question....

Without further ado, book #5, Midnight Tides, finally arrived.
My least-favorite of the series so far, cover-wise, but still an amazing production.
Love what SubPress has done so far.
Still five more to go.
Plus, of course, the lettered edition soon.

Can't think of too many sets as impressive as this:
(Anyone have Book 1, Gardens of the Moon, for sale??)
Very nice! I too wasn't as pleased with the cover art, but damn do the ever look sharp together! Congrats on another great addition!
Thanks, Dan.
As always, can't wait to find out who'll be the artist for the next book.

Do the Erikson books come with any colour plates or pen & ink interior art?
Each books comes with some amazing colour plates - no b/w illustrations:
Those are amazing! I've never read the books but am drooling over them anyway.

Looking good! Damn good even.
Just stunning! Thanks for the pics Siep!
Thanks, guys. And true, these are simply amazing books. Some of the best SubPress has ever put on the market.
The thing is, I read the (paperback copies of) the first three books and the I got lost: I had no clue anymore as to what was going on.
Plus the cast of thousands (almost literally..) added to the confusion.
Then I came across these limited editions and I just couldn't resist. I'm not really sure if I'll ever try again, and I'm actually planning to sell the books, but so far haven't been able to do so.
Now have you had a look at the lettered editions??

I may soon have numbered, unmatched copies of GotM, MoI, HoC, and MT for sale, assuming my most recent acquisition (which is in the mail) pans out.
So there's a matching lettered set on eBay and I'm thinking about parting with a kidney...
I've only read the first 2 so far, and yes pretty complex story with lots of characters. I do look forward to tackling more of the series soon though.
Hello all, I have a few subpress books up for sale.
Deadhouse Gates #314
Books 3-5 #393 with rights to the forthcoming books from Camelot Books.
If you interested in either or both please send a PM. Will field offers for a couple days.
Thanks.
Anyone has an advise how to start Erikson SubPress collection? Matching or non matching #? Combination of lettered and numbered? What would you do today?
