Oy was brave and he moved at the right moment. But it doesn't mean he had great power. He had good ears and a beautiful heart.If it wasn't for Oy, Prince Pooping-Pants would have gotten the upper hand on Olan. That alone says something.
Sometimes the weak can beat the powerful one but it doesn't make the weak powerful. (I don't say Oy was weak it was just an example.)
