It puzzles me too. Both showing up seems like a paradox.

I've had that message happen to me a few times too. Because I have a tremor in my hands, I sometimes "stutter" on the keyboard, so that I hit a key twice instead of just once. I just assumed that when I got that message that I had hit the enter key more than once.

they seem to change randomly. not with every post but maybe every third or fourth post? i don't think there is a real number attached to it. basically the little fuckers are sentient and change whenever the hell they want to.Ok, does the order of the smileys change from forum to forum, or from post to post?

On the advanced reply, sometimes I can find one or even both without clicking on "[More]." Sometimes I can find neither until I click on "[More]."

some avatar trouble
i tried to change my avatar, and the User CP registers that its changed, but my posts still have my old avatar. it might be my computer, if anyone replies, tell me what my avatar is. if its still the Gorn Guy, then theres a problem.

yea but the words to the sig aren't in there. the User CP previews all say its there, even though it isn't. speaking of which, my av is supposed to be the Interplay logo
